DIY Thanksgiving Centerpiece

Hello everyone! Sorry for the lack of posts for the past two weeks, but now I'm finally back and better than ever with a fabulous new craft idea! I, as well as many others, recently celebrated Thanksgiving by eating an amazingly home cooked dinner. The annual tradition of gathering around a table made it very easy for me to decide what kind of DIY to make for this holiday - a floral centerpiece! This idea requires minimal supplies and time and really fits in and completes the look of your Thanksgiving table. Let's begin!

What you will need:
-Vase (You can buy these from the dollar tree.)
-Flowers
-Any color ribbon
-Multicolored stickers/gems
-Hot glue gun

Step One: Tie your ribbon around the top of your vase. You may want to use some hot glue on the inside of the bow to keep it in place.

Step Two: Use your hot glue gun to secure your stickers/gems to the ribbon. Be sure to place these decorations all around the bow, not leaving any empty spaces.

Step Three: Take the plastic wrapping off of your flowers and cut the stems to an appropriate length.

Step Four: Fill up your vase with water and place the flowers inside.

Woo hoo! Now, your Thanksgiving table will be boring no longer! Unfortunately, this holiday already passed, but what's keeping you from making this craft for Christmas, Hanukkah, or even New Year's? Changing the colors of the flowers, ribbon, and gems will completely transform the entire theme of this DIY, making it perfect for any season or holiday! After the flowers wilt, you can even save the vase for your next big event or gathering. What could be better? Anyways, happy belated Thanksgiving and have an amazing day. Stay crafty!
